ValueMax worked on two assignments
a. Developing a core CRM strategy for the bank’s retail operations and identifying/definying the ground level processes for the same
b. Implementing the processes and systems at Deutsche Bank India’s internet operations. This was the phase when the bank was just setting up its retail operations in the Indian market in both assets & liabilities.

ValueMax has been engaged by a broking firm (amongst the top 10 in Dun & Bradstreet’s annual reports) to identify opportunities (& rolling out the best in class process for the same) in improving client acquisition and portfolio management across multiple segments like Equity, Currency, Commodity etc.
This involved detailed analytics of the customer portfolio, multiple technology solutions roll-out, and process changes/implementation.
– MNC Bank’s South Asia Processing hub
ValueMax was engaged by the technology vendor of one of the leading MNC banks to study their current Financial reconciliation back-end process (across 8 countries) and design a system/process that would make a common platform for reporting and reconciliation. As part of this design process, the reconciliation period was crashed by 3 days.
